Refund and Returns Policy

We have a simple refund and return policy because we offer just three types of items: digital products, courses and training, digital services. Here is the information regarding refunds and returns for each of those item types:

Digital Products

This includes templates, downloadable content and documents, spreadsheets, etc. Because of the digital nature of these documents and the inability to return them, we do not offer refunds on digital product purchases.

Courses and Training

For courses that last longer than one week and are delivered in real-time – these usually come with a trial period or the ability to audit the first lesson before payment is required. We recommend you audit the course content before paying for the entire course.

For one-time purchase courses or lifetime access courses that allow you to learn at your own pace or which include immediate access to all related resources – we do not offer refunds or returns. This is similar to our policy on digital products.

For courses and training with recurring fees (monthly, annual, etc), once cancelled your recurring subscription fee will be cancelled.

Digital Services

Digital services like campaign management, consulting, or other services typically require a separate contract or agreement which will be provided at the time of service. That agreement will spell out the terms of the service along with payment and refunds options.

Our goal is to make sure candidates get elected to office, not to stick people with things they don’t need, didn’t ask for, or don’t think are useful.
