CandidateWebsites.org is the sister site to CampaignPlanner.org and run by the same team, however, CandidateWebsites.org is only for hosting political candidate and campaign websites.

Our team has been creating, developing, hosting, and maintaining political websites for more than a decade. We built CandidateWebsites.org specifically for the political industry and the software we run there has been tailored for political applications. They are optimized for speed and for high search engine ranking because candidates need to be found online quickly after launching their sites and supporters must be able to get what they need from those sites quickly as well.

If you’ve got a candidate website hosted with us, you can view the free Candidate Websites 101 Course. The lessons in that course provide step-by-step instructions for customizing your site with very little effort. If you need support on your website you should log in to the admin panel of your website and create a support ticket.

If you have a site hosted elsewhere that might have been created by yourself or another developer, all of the course instructions may not apply, but you will still learn valuable best practices that you can apply to your site and improve it right away. This is especially true for the required content lessons, which show you the exact pages you need for a successful political campaign website and what to put on those pages. This information is based on our team’s combined decades of experience building hundreds of websites.

If you’d like to learn more about hosting and maintenance with CandidateWebsites.org you can get in touch with us here.

You can, of course, leave a reply on this discussion topic, which is moderated, but the response may not be as fast as the other methods listed above.
