Volunteer Ops
Turn your weekly door goal into the shifts, sign-ups and asks it takes, then recruit, onboard, promote and keep the volunteers who run your campaign.
Volunteers are a numbers game
Every door you need to knock takes a volunteer shift, and every shift takes more sign-ups than you think. This course starts with the math, so you know exactly how many people you need to ask every week.
What you’ll do
You’ll turn your weekly door goal into shifts, sign-ups and asks, then find and recruit volunteers, make specific asks and run a first shift that brings them back. You’ll move your best people up the volunteer ladder, turn events into recruiting, and keep everyone coming back with recognition, precinct captains and a weekly dashboard through the GOTV surge.
The workbook comes with it
